Reservations are opened 3 months in advance.

If you have any dietary requirements, please advise what they are at the time of booking by adding details in the comment section.

Important dining information: For our tasting menu, because each course is timed and served in sequence,
we kindly ask that all guests arrive promptly
as a courtesy to other guests and to enjoy the full experience intended.

As a small, chef-led restaurant, our menu is created as a single, cohesive expression of Ruben's culinary style and heritage. We respect individual dietary requirements and are pleased to offer adaptations for vegetarian and gluten-free diets; however, due to the scale of our kitchen and the nature of the menu, the level of modification required to provide the Bellota experience for vegan or dairy-free diets is unfortunately not feasible. We appreciate your understanding. We are not an allergy-free kitchen and trace cross-contamination could occur. Or pescatarian menu features seasonal fish and vegetable dishes subject to market availability.

Also, due to our intimate venue, late cancellations, party size reductions and no-shows have a significant impact on our business. We therefore kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reductions in party size. Changes made after this time will be charged at the price of the menu selected. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Please make your reservations online. We are only able to answer phone reservations Wednesday - Friday 09:00 - 12:00.

A confirmation email will be sent to on completion of your booking. If you do not receive this email please contact us as your booking may not be registered in our system.
